Leaving a Review
After receiving your order, you can leave a review for each item. Navigate to your order details and select 'Write a Review' next to the product you want to review.

NOU uses a 5-star rating system. Each product displays its average rating based on all verified buyer reviews. Products with more reviews have more reliable ratings.

Seller Trust Score
Each seller on NOU has a trust score displayed on their business page. This score reflects the overall quality of their products and service based on buyer reviews.
Trust scores help buyers identify reliable sellers. Sellers with consistently high ratings earn greater visibility on the platform.

Reporting Inappropriate Reviews
If you encounter a review that violates our guidelines — such as spam, offensive content, or a fraudulent review — please contact our support team. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
Sellers can also flag reviews they believe are inaccurate or unfair. All flagged reviews are reviewed by our team before any action is taken.
