Marketplace Rules
All NOU users — buyers and sellers alike — are expected to conduct themselves honestly and respectfully. The following rules help maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace:

- Complete transactions in good faith

- Do not misrepresent products, prices, or business details
- Honor agreed-upon orders and delivery commitments
- Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity
Prohibited Items
Certain items are not permitted for sale on NOU. This protects our community and ensures compliance with Haitian and international regulations.
- Illegal substances or controlled items
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
- Products that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Adult or explicit content
- Items that violate Haitian or international trade laws
Account Suspension
NOU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or marketplace rules. Common reasons for suspension include:
- Repeated listing of prohibited items
- Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
- Harassment of other users
- Failure to fulfill confirmed orders without explanation
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
If your account is suspended, you will be notified with the reason. You may contact support to appeal the decision.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we recommend first attempting to resolve the issue directly through NOU's messaging system.
If the dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, contact NOU support at support@nou.ht. Our team will review the case and mediate a resolution. Please provide order details and any relevant communication when filing a dispute.

Rule violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity, consequences may include a warning, listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Contact our support team at support@nou.ht with details about the issue. Include your order number, screenshots if applicable, and a description of the problem. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
Depending on the reason for suspension, accounts may be reinstated after a review. Contact support with your appeal and any relevant information. Permanent bans for serious violations are generally not reversible.
