Creating Your Account
Getting started on NOU is simple. You can sign up using your email address and create a secure password. During registration, you'll choose your preferred language (English, French, or Haitian Creole) and set your display currency.
Once registered, you can browse products, add items to your cart, and place orders immediately.

How to Buy Products
Browse products by category, search for specific items, or explore featured businesses. When you find something you like, select the quantity and add it to your cart.
NOU supports multi-vendor checkout — you can order from multiple businesses in a single transaction. Each business fulfills their portion of the order independently.

Becoming a Seller
Any NOU user can upgrade to a seller account. From your profile, select the option to become a seller. You'll need to complete your business profile with your business name, description, contact details, and location.
Once your business profile is set up, you can start listing products immediately. There are no setup fees to get started on NOU.

Managing Orders
As a buyer, you can view all your orders from your account page. Each order shows its current status: pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, or delivered.
As a seller, manage incoming orders through the web seller dashboard. Update order statuses as you process, pack, and ship items. Buyers receive notifications at each stage.
Messaging Buyers & Sellers
NOU includes a built-in messaging system that lets buyers communicate directly with sellers. You can ask questions about products, request custom orders, or coordinate delivery details.
Messages are organized by conversation — one thread per buyer-seller pair. Both parties receive notifications for new messages.
